Both Lunch and dinner I ate Melba Toast.
Had a total of 1 gallon of water.

Load Weight: 283.6 lbs. (+1.6 lbs)
VLCD1: 281.4 lbs. (-2.6 lbs)
Total Lost: -2.6 lbs
